If it is determined that the cost of completing the plan check and reviewing the proposed project exceeds your Will-Serve Application Fee, the additional costs shall be billed to and paid by the owner prior to issuance of a Final Will-Serve Letter.

We must receive payment within 5 business days in order to prevent the destruction of the documents you have submitted.
